2026 Seed Swap Recap
Even with the below freezingtemps, this year's seed swap was a great success! Thank you to Blue Ridge Resource Center for hosting! We met a lot of local homesteaders & growers who came to their first seed swap & shared knowledge in areas we were all inexperienced in - classes coming soon!! Some even drove over an hour to attend. Bless you! 🌱💕 We are already planning next year's seed swap as well as a few local events happening in the next couple of months that we cannot wai

A New Seed Library Comes To Town!
As mentioned in our last post , a new seed library is coming to Collin County and it's here in Blue Ridge @ the Blue Ridge Resource Center! The library is open to all community members and is free to use. Open pollinated and heirloom seeds have been donated from multiple seed suppliers and local gardeners are already helping to fill and utilize the library! We look forward to a wonderful harvest in 2026 and will hold a class in summer on saving seeds to keep the library full!
